Evaluation on Technology Resources Allocation Efficiency of Culture Creative Industry

Data envelopment analyze (DEA) method was carried on the quantitative analysis of Beijing's animation industry, and the evaluation index system of technological resource allocation efficiency in the example of Shijingshan District of animation enterprise was built. Then the relative efficiency between different enterprises of the park animation by using the mathematical programming model was compared. The results were compared with those of the extracted 365 animation companies in Beijing. The research content of the article can be used to evaluate the science and technology resources allocation efficiency of the cultural creative industry comprehensively and objectively and has the realistic significance.
