Study on Compensation Model of Landless Villagers in Urban Village Renovation

Village renovation promotes the development of China's urbanization, but also puts forward new requirements for land-lost villagers' social security. The existing compensation mechanism has some defects, which cannot guarantee villagers' sustainable living. Based on the experience of domestic and overseas about land expropriation and resettlement compensation, a diversified compensation model of sustainable living for landless villagers was established by considering their current existence status. The model takes the complete compensation principle as the instruction and the villagers' economic, education, employment, social security as the core contents.
