Research on The Evaluation of The Central Enterprises Overseas Investment Project Risk

The Borda method in the theory of voting were applied to the risk matrix model of risk assessment, the risk encountered by central enterprises overseas investment projects according to importance was sorted, so as to determine the overall risk level of risk investment projects, and the key risk can be effectively controlled. Therefore, a scientific, objective, and reasonable and operational assess method for the central enterprises overseas investment project decision makers was provided. Through the use of risk probability influence (P-I) matrix analysis model, and combined with the Borda method,a number of specific critical risk was identified, which will make overseas investment project risk evaluation more objective and effective.
