Research on Railway Passenger Boarding Choice Behavior Based on Satisfaction Degree

Considering the characteristic of railway transportation, factors of railway passenger choice behavior were analyzed, and satisfaction index system of passengers' travel was established. Travelers were divided into different groups according to their travel destinations. Based on passengers' travel satisfaction survey, satisfaction index weights of passenger boarding choice behavior were calculated by entropy method. Passengers' satisfaction level for different types of trains was obtained by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, passenger boarding choice preference of different types of trains was analyzed, which provides theoretical support for railway transport and passenger transportation product.
