Couple Signal Analysis Model in Double H Type Quartz Gyroscope

  • A model composed of static couple signal and dynamic couple signal was proposed to analyze the attribution of couple signals in double H type quartz gyroscope. The course of generating couple signals was analyzed in theory and the relationship between couple signal and the phase of driving signal was explored experimentally. It is funded that the frequency, the phase and the waveform of the static couple signals are the same as that of the driving signal and the signals are shown as common mode at the positive and negative picking up electrodes. It is also demonstrated that the frequency of the dynamic couple signal is the same as that of the driving signal, while the phase is not orthogonal to that of the driving signal. Two dynamic couple signals are usually unequal in amplitude at the positive and the negative picking up electrodes. In addition, the phase difference between the dynamic couple signal and the driving signal is obviously affected by the operating frequency.
