Connectivity Reliability Simulation of Street Networks Based on Complex Network

  • Connectivity reliability of urban street networks in emergency was studied based on complex network theory. Three different algorithms were developed according to the node failure probability under different emergencies: terrorism attack, traffic jam and nature disaster. Simulation of Changchun street network shows a mutation of reliability and the reliability changing rate of traffic jam is between random failures and deliberate attacks. Besides, the results show that identification and protection of key node can improve the connection reliability of street networks.
