Power Batteries Matching of the Pure Electric Vehicle

  • To solve the matching problem of pure electric vehicle battery, the structure of drive system, the battery charging and discharging experiments were analyzed. Then,the matching principle which constant velocity method, and the driving range design target value reverse to calculate the battery capacity were proposed. The simulation of the bench test of drive system results showed that the acceleration time from 0~40 km/h was 15.6 s, the maximum speed was 80.5 km/h, the maximum grade ability was 24.9%, and the driving range was 230.5 km.
