Game Research of Charging Facilities Operation Based on Market Prediction

This paper researched the game between government and charging facilities on the electric car battery tariff design. It set up the government and enterprise operators game model which with the electric automobile scale changed, and analyzed their game behavior based on charge price in the early stage of electric car market development. Finally, a domestic city electric car development planning was taken as an example to discuss the solution of the model. The conclusion shows that the government and enterprise cooperation is very helpful to promote the development of electric vehicle and charging facilities market.
