Robust Dissipative Control for Takagi-Sugeno Fuzzy Descriptor System with Time-Delay

  • A new design approach of dissipative controller is proposed for a kind of Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy descriptor system with time-delay. The sufficient conditions which make the closed-loop system be admissible and strictly dissipative are obtained by using theory of partitioned matrices, Lagrange interpolation polynomials and the properties of standard membership functions. A scheme to design the dissipative controllers with time-delay is given by using linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) technique. Furthermore, the proposed dissipative control approaches successfully unify the existing results on H control and passive control. Thus it could potentially cut down the cost and time for control design of actual physical system.
