Image Mosaicking Method of Plant Root Using Fourier Transform

In this article, we put forward a method to piece together several root images using Fourier transform. It can provide reliable data resource during the root growth and improve the effect of planting slope protection. Partial pictures obtained from collecting device could be mosaicking to an integral image of roots. The proposed method could be helpful to achieve comprehensive growth information of the root.
