Abstract
Regional comprehensive carrying capacity assessment is an issue of uncertainty system analysis with high nonlinear characteristics. The method of multi-systems nonlinear set pair coupling assessment with nonlinear membership function and its systematic evaluation procedure are proposed in this paper. The nonlinear membership functions were built for different evaluation index. And the water quality index was introduced into the assessment system of regional comprehensive carrying capacity firstly. The effectiveness of proposed method has been verified by calibrating the capacity of new coastal region in Tianjin. This shows that the proposed assessment method has advantages of simplicity, easy-operation and high precision, and it can also provide the constraint factors of carrying capacity for regional scientific management in time.
