Development of Visualization Engine for Heavy Special Vehicle Driving Simulation System

  • Without resorting to any commercial graphic engine, the visualization simulation engine for heavy special vehicle was self-developed. The unsymmetrical perspective projection matrix was deduced, and the seamless conjoin of graphic scenes in multiple channels for the driving simulation system was realized. As the result shows, the built driving simulation system for special vehicle could effectively solve the problem that the heavy military vehicle does not fit for real road testing and could improve the efficiency and economic benefit for training trainee.
