Visual Simulation of the Killing Field of Fragment Warhead Based on OpenGL

  • Based on the movement law and characteristic of fragment power field, the models to simulate fragment velocity, azimuth angle and direction angel were built. Applying Visual C++ development environment and OpenGL graphics library, 3D dynamic visualization simulation platform of fragment warhead was developed. The result shows that the simulation platform can recapture the process of fragment movement with different structure parameters and detonation modes. Also it is suitable in general to the initial design and parameter optimization of conventional fragment warhead.
