Certified Public Key Encryption Without Pairing Calculation Using Standard Model

To resist the denial of decryption (DOD) attack in the CL-PKE encryption scheme, which caused by replacing the user's public key, a new encryption scheme is proposed without using the pairing calculation on the elliptic curves. The standard model with high security is selected in the encryption scheme. The proposed scheme can not only resist the outsider's DOD attack but also can resist the key generation center(KGC), DOD attack with good computing efficiency.
