The Study of Digital Remanufacturing Engineering for Vehicle Engines

In order to solve the problem of low productivity and information,the study of digital remanufacturing engineering for vehicle engines is considered. The architecture, the process planning system and the technological process are established based on the information platform of digital software,eM-power. And the digital remanufacturing process of crankshaft was analyzed. The result indicated that based on digital technology, the time of plan process and the price for engines remanufacture was reduced.
