Performance Optimization of High-Efficiency Rotor Classifier

  • The influence of different operating parameters on the classified performance of the high-efficiency rotor classifier is studied, and the optimum conditions are obtained through orthogonal experiment. The results show that the two-double trickle devices could improve the classifiable efficiency. The most important factor to affect the property of classifier is the speed of rotor, so the granularity of the product could be controlled by adjusting the rotor speed. On the basis of expermental data, the following conditions can optimize the performance of classifier with the Newton efficiency is 83.88%: rotor speed is 500 r/min, air flow is 1 750 m3/h, and feeding speed is 10 kg/min.
