Reverse Analysis and Test Method for the Control Network of the Hybrid Powertrain

  • Aiming at the control network of unknown hybrid powertrain, a set of scheme for reverse analysis and test is presented. This paper puts forward a new contrastive regression method and conceives a valid control protocol. Based on the protocol, a rapid prototyping controller is developed utilizing virtual instruments to test the characteristics of system components in bench test experiments. The remnant bus method is also used in the bench test experiments. This scheme has been used to analyze a foreign parallel hybrid powertrain system. The good performance of the rapid prototype controller proves the validity of the protocol and the suitability of the proposed methods. In addition, the remnant bus method has the advantage of realizing the components test without leaving the system.
