Estimation of Performance Measures of an M/Hk/1 Queueing System
Methods for estimating parameters of an M/Hk/1 queueing system are investigated. By use of the EM algorithm, the maximum likelihood estimate for the performance measures is developed.Simulation results indicate that the EM method is very effective for estimating performance measures of an M/Hk/1 queueing system.
