Empirical Research on Influential Factors of Internal Knowledge Sharing in R&D Teams

According to knowledge sharing theory, features and factors of knowledge sharing in R&D team, knowledge sharing influential factors conceptual framework and theoretical hypothesis are proposed. Questionnaire and structural equation model are used to empirically study the influential factors of knowledge sharing in R&D teams. The results indicate that 4 factors including knowledge providers, recipients, knowledge sharing means and relationship, but knowledge sharing culture is insignificant in the influence on knowledge sharing level in R&D team. Finally based on the above findings, some countermeasures are proposed to improve knowledge sharing level in R&D team.
