Parameters Variation Mechanism of Solid Electrolytic Tantalum Capacitors in Very High Temperatures

Abstract
Sintering of solid tantalum electrolytic capacitors are selected to test the main parameters of the characteristics—capacity, dissipation factor, leakage current, within the wide range of 25℃~205℃ parameters variation. Then parameters change mechanism and relationship were studied, and it was pointed out that chemical reactions of dielectric and changes of internal contact resistance are the main reasons for fluctuations of dissipation factor in the very high temperature conditions.
