Influence of Plume Flow on Aerostats Charging Properties

To study the influence of plume flow on aerostats charging, mathematical model of the plume flow and geometric model of some type of guided missiles are established, and plume flows effects on some type of guided missiles charging properties are analyzed with the help of simulation. The results indicated that plume flows effects on aerostats charging concentrate on the tail fin and nozzle, the particle diameter and charge of the soot carbon particle influence on aerostats charge quantity and polarity.
