Simulation of Road and Traffic Scenario in a Driving Simulator

The purpose of building a driving simulation system is to realize traffic and road simulation. By studying these key factors about building or reappearing the road scenario: setting, coloring and simplifying the 3D model, road surface lying, road and traffic reappearing, and so on, then building the road and traffic in man-machine interface systems in the simulation cockpit are realiaed, according to actual research needs: road terrain features, geometrics, road surface conditions, and traffic demands in the AutoSim system. Simulation of the road, traffic and environment characteristics are realized systematically.
