Abstract
A UV-VUV radiation calibration facility based on synchrotron radiation is introduced. The synchrotron radiation flux and the transfer standard lamp are measured by exchanging the position of the spherical surface mirrors.Effect of the radiometer polarization is discussed. The synchrotron radiation is used as the primary standard of spectral radiance in the Schwinger theory, which has been used for the calibration of deuterium lamps as spectral radiance transfer standard in the wavelength range 115~350 nm.The uncertainty of the radiance of the calibrated lamp is 11%~14%.
