Frequency Response Testing Method for Missile Actuator Based on Frequency Modulated Pulse Sweep

  • In order to test the frequency response of missile actuator with high efficiency and precision,a new testing method for frequency response based on frequency modulated pulse sweep(chirp signal) is advanced.The characteristic of frequency modulated pulse sweep is analyzed,and the frequency response testing procedure with chirp as motivation is introduced,the key technique is also settled including how to generate chirp and how to sample and process the testing data.The experimental results compared with conventional frequency response testing methods showed that the new testing method with high efficiency and precision is the ideal frequency response testing method for missile actuators.
