A Non-Equilibrium Statistical Model of Biologic Materials

  • In order to study the composition of biologic materials and its mineral makeup,a non-equilibrium statistical model of the evolution process of biologic materials and the process of bio-mineralization,correlating the microscopic mechanism with macroscopic properties has been constructed.The model adopted describes statistically the process of bio-mineralization including the stochastic fluctuation theory,stochastic evolution equation and fluctuation growth coefficient,thereby obtaining the formula of the average size of bio-mineralization and is compared with the experimental result.It is shown that the theory is correct.
