Isolation and Structure Identification of Chemical Constituents from the Root of Crataegus

Studies the proprietary constituents from the root of crataegus.The chemical constituents were isolated by means of chromatography on silica gel,polyamide and sephadex LH-20.Their structures were identified by spectral data and physicochemical characters.The compounds obtained were(identified) as 5,7,4′-trihydroxyflavone(apigenin)(Ⅰ),2,3,4,6-tetramethoxy-7-hydroxy-dibenzofuran(Ⅱ),β-daucosterol(Ⅲ),and β-stigmastero l(Ⅳ).
