Preliminary Study on the Mechanism of Removal of Bridge Formation by Ultrasonic Waves

  • Simulates stratum formation with porous materials and colloid particles,by developing a microscopic model based on previous studies.The mechanism on the removal of tiny particles porous forming bridges of mass by ultrasonic waves is discussed.On the condition of ultrasonic cleaning,analyses forces of particles among the bridges,formed as cylindrical pores within the porous material.Based on the information of this analysis and process of bridge formation,relatively small force conditions are worked out which can remove the particles from bridge formation.Relation of the force and ultrasonic power is made clear and the power needed can be calculated.A generalized sample is given.
