Comprehensive Evaluation Model & A Case Study of Exploitation and Utilization of Government Information

Based on the comprehensive evaluation theory and method,combined with the research on E-government performance evaluation,a set of indicators is proposed in this article by using Delphi method,which includes qualitative evaluation indicators and quantitative evaluation indicators.An integrated evaluation model which combines dynamic comprehensive evaluation method with fuzzy evaluation method is presented.Finally,the effectiveness of the evaluation indicators and evaluation method is proved through a case study.
