Preparation and Properties of SiO<SUB<2</SUB</PA6 Composites

The application of poly（amidoamine）（PAMAM） dendrimer as a surface treatment agent of inorganic particle was discussed. The micro-structure,mechanical properties and rheological properties of SiO<SUB<2</SUB</ PA6 composites with SiO<SUB<2</SUB< treated by different PAMAM generations and different PAMAM contents were investigated. It was shown that the dispersing condition of SiO<SUB<2</SUB< treated by PAMAM was improved obviously, the reinforcing action of SiO<SUB<2</SUB< was enhanced, and the rheological properties of SiO<SUB<2</SUB</PAMAM/PA6 composites were also improved.
