Application of Continuous Fuzzy PID Compound Controller in Direct Current Position Servo Systems

  • In order to realize high speed, high precision position control in a direct current position servo system, a continuous fuzzy algorithm is introduced to restrain the effect of all kinds of non-linear factors. It can effectively overcome all kinds of uncertain factors such as non-linear and strong coupling in the direct current position servo system. On the basis of the fuzzy algorithm, a traditional PID controller is used to improve the steady-state performance. Application results indicate that this kind of continuous fuzzy PID compound controller can markedly improve the dynamic performance and steady-state precision, and that the system has strong adaptability and robustness.
