Abstract
A sensitive and specific HPLC fingerpringting (FP-HPLC) of triterpenoid components (TC) from Ganoderma lucidum was establised. Agilent 1100 series chromatographic setup was used as HPLC analyzer to detect 10 lots of TC samples. Chromatographic conditions in use were: ZORBAX 300SB C(18) column (5 μm, 250.0 mm×4.6 mm), methanol in 5% acetic acid solution (V∶V=40∶60) as the mobile phase, and 252 nm as the detection wavelength. Eight main characteristic peaks were selected from the HPLC fingerprinting of 10 lots of samples, with relative retention time α values of 0.69,0.78,0.88,0.92,1.00,1.27,1.48,1.61 respectively. Eight among the peak areas for the 10 lots of samples were higher than 70% and all the overlapping ratios were higher than 90%.
