Modeling and Manufacturing of Blade Based on the UGⅡ Software

Based on the mathematical model of the blade, the paper brings forward a way to construct its stereo modeling and NC program, the modeling being set up with the (UGⅡ) software. In this process, steps to calculate section points and curves of the blade are given. On the basis of this, the processing plan of the blade is proposed, and the G code of the blade is produced. The part has been machined on a NC center, and is found to fulfill well the design requirements.
