Three-Dimensional Numerical Simulation on the Penetration of Concrete Target by a Metallic Projectile

Abstract
A three dimensional numerical model is built up by a finite difference scheme in Eulerian cells to disperse control equations according to empirical formula that describes the material and hydrodynamic basic principles. An interface disposing technique is discussed through Youngs method. A metal projectile is simulated to penetrate concrete target. By the simply analysis of the results; it is true that the numerical simulation inosculates some phenomena of projects.
