Abstract
In order to reduce computer burden and to realize real time digital electronic image stabilization, a fast and robust image stabilization technique is presented to eliminate the nuwanted video motion during watching time. A vector is projected from matching block image and used as the template vector, then vectors from the reference image are projected to construct a reference vector matrix. The template vector is compared with each vector in the matrix and the minimum differences found out between them. The position is the replacement frame wise. The relative position of pixles is combined into vector units to make it robust and searching strategies introduced into the algorithm to decrease the time of computation, thus allowing the implementation of real time video stabilization on normally availables PCs.
