An Analysis for the Precision of Measuring Equipments in Guidance and Control System

  • Proposes a method of analysis for the precision of measuring equipments in missile guidance and control system. In this method the midcourse guidance precision is taken as the performance index and the equipments precision requirements are taken as parameters. Generic algorithm is introduced to optimize the performance index. The simulation results showed that the optimization results are reasonable and can be used to act as references for selecting measuring equipments in practice. Furthermore, how to improve the guidance and control system's design can be determined by analyzing the optimization results. In this respect it can be said that the precision analysis method and the guidance and control system's design method affect with each other and they are both taken into consideration to determine the precision and the feasibility of the guidance and control system.
