Thermal Fixing of Photorefractive Hologram in Ce∶Fe∶LiNbO3 and Its Relation to H+ Concentration

  • Procedures of recording and thermal fixing of photorefractive holograms in the crystal Ce∶ Fe∶ LiNbO 3 are analyzed. The minimum ion concentration for thermal fixing in different recording conditions is discussed and for the first time at home a measurement method of H + concentration is proposed. The experimental results in different conditions accord well with our theoretical analysis.
