The Study and Development of Diesel Control Module of Vehicle Powertrain Control System

A scheme of powertrain control system was presented which had the merits in performing integrated control as well as separated control. The oil controlling principle of diesel engine was analyzed and the software and hardware of diesel control module was designed based on 32 bit micro control unit (MCU) MC68376. Diesel control module was tested on the test benceh. The test result showed that the scheme had a highly integrated level and could be put into effect easily, and the diesel control module had good dynamic performance and steady accuracy.
