Variation of the Gaseous Detonation Wave Through the Detonation Cell

Abstract
The study of this paper deals with the variation of gaseous detonation waves through the cell. Firstly, the cellular structures were defined by subcells. With the properties of subcells and oblique shock wave relations, the solution of the collision of triple structures was presented, and the direct relation between the relative fluctuation of detonation waves and the geometrical properties of cells was also derived. Then the attenuation process of the detonation waves through the cell was calculated. The analytical results were compared with experimental results; good agreement was obtained.
