Study on Knowledge Based Technology Optimization

A general feature in circuit representation is its enormous complexity, so a knowledge(rule) based technique of optimization is introduced in optimizing the post technology mapping circuit. The optimization algorithm becomes more concise and result of technology mapping becomes more optimal. Redundant INV optimization is a simple but typical example to demonstrate the such an optimization. The same method can be applied to the technology optimization for other kinds of components.
