The Mechanical Property Fitting of the Road Wheel''''s Rubber Flange Based on Finite Element Analysis

  • Twenty four groups of different geometric parameters of road wheel's rubber flange of tracked vehicle were chosen by adopting uniform design method. A 3 D finite element analysis model of rubber flange was established, and the displacement, stress and strain distribution of rubber flange were calculated with ANSYS finite element analysis software. Finally the multivariate linear regression was performed on the maximum radial displacement, stress and strain of rubber flange. The fitting property of the maximum raidal displacement, stress and strain of rubber flange with seven influence factors was obtained. It was verified with test that the fitting formulas obtained are practically valuable.
