The Application of the Business Process Reengineering to the Component Matching Process

Aim To discuss the essential thought and principle of BPR. Methods The BPR for component matching in mass production system of color TV sets in Changhong Group was taken as an example, the actualities and existent problems of component matching were analysed employing DEMO(dynamic essential modelling of organization). Results and Conclusion\ There is a need for a new class of modelling methods in order to effectively perform business process reengineering. Following this methodology, the modelling procedures and the redesign of component matching process should be discussed.
