Self Turning Feedforward Compensation Techniques for Valve Controlled System with Energy Saving Hydraulic Pump

  • Aim To reduce the error of the valve controlled system with energy saving hydraulic pump, which is caused by variable gain characteristic. Methods The design methods of observer for open loop gain in position system were presented, and the self turning feedforward compensation techniques were implemented to compensate the control system dynamically. Results The experiment results show that the dynamic compensation improved the position tracking precision. Conclusion Self turning feedforward compensation techniques can greatly reduce the error caused by variable gain characteristic.
