New Algorithm for Real Time Lossless Radar Data Compression

The data compression technique was studied,which is used in radar measure systems to identify and track moving targets precisely.First,linear predication coefficients a i which are independent of statistical feature of signal source were evaluated and a decision theorem was proposed.Secondly, two new methods based on predication technique were introduced to real time lossless compression for data with significant correlation.Coding speed,time delay,error bit propagation,self synchronozing and compression rate were also discussed. Simulation test showed that the new algotithms were superior to existing algorithms.
