Progress in Nano Scale Science and Technology

In the last decade of the century, a brand new field of nano scale science and technology has emerged in the world. The fundamental and application of nano scale science and technology were introduced. The prospects of applications of nanotechnology which includes quantum function devices,film sensors,nanometer scale materials,MEMS (microelectronmechanical systems),nanobiological technology and atomic engineering,etc. were looked into.Some experimental results were given.
