A Universal Method of weapon System''''sEffectiveness Evaluation

ln view of the charaderbtic of weapon system's effectiveness evaluation, based upon traditional AHP and combined with fuzzy theory and exponent metbod, a newmethod of general fuzzy AHP is presentented as a universal method to evaluate weapon svstem's effectiveness. This method, desoibed here, extends the applicable range of traditional AHP and makes it more suitable for weapon system's evaluation.
