The Restoration Approacher (Algorithm) of Noisy Images

Two kinds of restoration algorithm for noisy images, applying respectively the scanning by pixels and the simulated annealing (SA) approaches are consideral. Experimential results of these algorithms to noisy signals having different signal to noise rations CSNR showed that the scanning by pixels algorithm is fast and satisfactory when the CSNR is high while the SA algorthm gives much better restoration in images when the CSNRis low.
