Development of an Intelligent Simulation Training System for a Batch Reactor

Based on an analysis of simulation training systems in general, a new intelligent simulation training system having simple structure and a multiplicity of functions is designed, applicable in the operation training for batch reactor units for the processing of butene. Expert system technology is employed so that the operation haming is intelligent. The system allows trainees on the simulator to be trained without the necessity of constant monitoring from the instructor. It can diagnose trainee's process error and provide both hey and specific mediation.
