Abstract
The processing of large sized photoelastic models has been studied and ideal models were obtained.Using the three-dimensional photoelastic frozen stress method,the stress distribution of the turbine disk mortise part under centrifugal force was analysed.Using strain gage measurement,the stress distribution of the mortise part working under temperature fields was studied and temperature compensation method was adopted.The results of these experiments prove to be satisfactory.
