Stepped-Frequency Technique with High Range Resolution and Its Applications to Conical Scan Systems

  • Pints some exploratory work on the application of stepped-frequency technique with high range resolution when applied to conical scan systems. The extraction of range eCho wave forms ed to target recognition is analyzed . Meanwhile, the relationship between target recognition and acquisition of angular errors and the criterion of selcction of stepped-frequency parameters are studied. Ihfluence of the radar echo variation caused by conical scan on the target range profiles is also analyzed . Finally,computational simulation is performed for the given parameters of conical scan, and the results are given.
