Application of Virtual Reality to Combat Vehicle Driver Training

Describes a a new combat vehicle driver training system applying the idea of virtual reality(VR). By comparing the new training system to those currently in use the article presents the advantages of the new system, suggests the functions and components of the system and discusses some key techniques,techniques, including the 3 -D display, interfacing, computer system, software, system integration, and network communication used in developping the new training system.
